NATA Accredited

AFP is an NATA accredited Australian pressure testing service provider. We are able to perform testing services for pipe, hose and valve at our facility in North Coogee and onsite to the following requirements:

Hydrostatic testing of up to 413 MPa (60,000 PSI)
Pneumatic testing of up to 100 MPa (15,000 PSI)

Our state of the art high pressure testing equipment and experienced engineers are able to evaluate various oil or water/water glycol hydraulic equipment and systems used in the mining, industrial, marine and subsea industry. These may include hose, pipe/tube, pumps, valves, HPUs, accumulators, umbilical reelers and control panels. Our testing facility is accredited by NATA and can be supported by the following test package documentation:

FAT procedures and reports (pressure chart records, fluid cleanliness reports)
BOMs (Bills of Materials)
Operation manuals
MDRs
