HPU Refurbishment & Upgrade Services

AFP has successfully completed the refurbishment and upgrade of another Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), carried out by our experienced in-house hydraulics team. The scope of work encompassed a full suite of hydraulic equipment services, including system inspection, pipework replacement, component re-kitting, precision calibration, and NATA-accredited testing — all delivered with comprehensive engineering documentation.

In addition to standard maintenance procedures, this project included several design upgrades to enhance system performance and extend the operational reliability of the unit. These improvements ensure the HPU continues to meet demanding service requirements with greater efficiency and resilience.
